Period properties bring their own constraints - original materials, council requirements, structural surprises behind the plaster - and we plan for them rather than discover them mid-build.

Kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, delivered to the same standard as our larger projects. Bathrooms start at $25,000 and kitchens at $30,000, taken back to frame - not cosmetic updates. Typically 1 to 3 months depending on scope and material lead times.
