Whole-Home Renovations

Complete transformations of existing homes, from structural works through to finishes. We take on the full scope - reconfiguring layouts, opening up living areas, replacing services and re-roofing - and manage every trade on site. Most whole-home projects run 6 to 12 months.

Open-Plan Living & Rear Extensions

Removing the walls between kitchen, living and dining, and opening the back of the house to light and the garden. Rear extensions and side returns on terraces and bungalows, including the structural engineering and steel that load-bearing work needs. Most run 4 to 7 months.

Extensions & Structural Work

Ground floor, rear and second-storey extensions, plus load-bearing modifications and open-plan conversions. We handle the structural engineering coordination, town planning and building permits, so the approvals process runs alongside the design rather than holding it up.

Heritage & Period Restorations

Victorian and Edwardian terraces, Californian bungalows and weatherboard homes, including work within heritage overlay areas. Period properties bring their own constraints - original materials, council requirements, structural surprises behind the plaster - and we plan for them rather than discover them mid-build.

Single Room Renovations

Kitchens, bathrooms and laundries, delivered to the same standard as our larger projects. Bathrooms start at $25,000 and kitchens at $30,000, taken back to frame - not cosmetic updates. Typically 1 to 3 months depending on scope and material lead times.

How We Work

Every project starts with a conversation about scope, site and budget. From there we move into design development and detailed quoting, including any approvals your project requires, before construction begins. You work directly with the people running your build — the same senior team from first site visit to handover.
