Service Description

A working session, not a sales call. We walk the whole house, assess what's feasible structurally and through council, and give you two or three costed scenarios with realistic timeframes - not one number for the thing you asked about. You keep the assessment whether or not you build with us, and the $350 is credited against your contract if you proceed.
